Schedule future tweet deletion with a few obvious characters

Works with retweets as well.

How it works

Simply put a string that starts with a "#" and a "/" in a tweet, followed by a number and then one of 'm' (for minutes), 'h' (for hours), or 'd' (for days) to tell the Kondoizer when how long you'd like the tweet to stay alive before it gets deleted. Tweets might live longer than you've indicated, but they won't be deleted earlier. And of course, if there are bugs, they won't get deleted at all. So goes the software world. Here's an example:
Two long hours before dinner. Hope there's a little less salt in the gravy tonight. #/2h
